Searched for a reputable place and we definitely found it. First off, they are by appointment only, which was nice. Having an appointment made it feel more private and comfortable. The service was wonderful. The owner was very patient and amiable. The gold testing and process was very transparent and clear. I definitely left astounded on what we had. I had brought in quite a few pieces from a family member who had passed. I didn't know how much we had and the process at the store made me feel that I got the best deal. Highly recommend.

I am writing to share my wonderful experience working with Nick. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and honest. We have sold gold to him a few times now. During our second visit, I was looking for a specific price for my jewelry that he wasn't able to meet. Instead of simply turning me away, he recommended that I try selling the item on eBay. He took the time to provide me with all the necessary details on how to list it, including the specific terminology I should use. Thanks to his guidance, I successfully sold the items on eBay for my target price. This was my first time ever selling gold jewelry. I had done some research but I wasn't too sure what I was getting into. Made an appointment and Nick's expertise was excellent. I was honest with him that I had gone to other locations prior to him, I told him I felt that they weren't giving me fair prices or others just wanted to bargain with me. Name your price type of people. It didn't feel right. Nick isn't like that at all, he is very professional and explains thoroughly. The process of weight, purity of the gold, and most of all, he's so nice and takes pride in his work. You can see he has years of experience. I highly recommend coming here first.
